The discrepancies between "RTIv1 estimate size" and "RTIv1 real size" are caused by:
For hybrid tables the "RTIv1 estimate size - RTIv1 real size" is a large negative number because there is an error in the implementation of the reduction function for those tables which maps different end points to the same password which increase the believed key space in the reduction function of the table. This does not affect the table from working it just means the success rates and "RTIv1 estimate size" will be slightly off.
